OTL cards with subscriptions and electronic wallet
From 2013 OTL SA starts the introduction of electronic cards, gradually, first for pupils and students, then pensioners and other travelers. The cards will also allow the loading of an electronic wallet, for those who do not want to buy paper tickets at the kiosks. This wallet will also allow the validation of the trip for the companions of the users of public transport services.
When boarding the means of transport, the passenger is obliged to validate the card even if it contains only a subscription. (see card operating instructions)
The list of travel tickets that can be loaded on cards will be expanded along the way, which will also be valid on the means of transport that will run in the metropolitan area.
Starting with 01.09.2013, in accordance with the provisions of HCL Oradea no. 356/2013, students can benefit from monthly subscriptions (travel cards) with a 50% discount.
At the OTL SA points of sale, at the request of loading the personalized subscription type card, the following documents will be presented:
- completed standard application (the application can be found at the points of sale);
- xerox copy of the student card or certificate endorsed for the school year 2013-2014;
- xerox copy of the birth certificate (in the case of students under 14 years old) or the identity document (in the case of students over 14 years old);
- original documents (student card, birth certificate or identity card).
The points where data is taken for personalization of travel cards are:
The Children's Town from Tuesday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.00, Between 12.09 - 14.10 2016 the program will be from 8.00 to 20.00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 8.00 to 16.00
Nufărul bus station, from Monday to Friday, between 6.00 and 21.00, Saturday and Sunday, between 6.00 and 20.00
Caseria de Bilete OTL SA (building at the entrance to the tram depot), from Monday to Thursday, between 7.00 and 15.00, and on Friday, between 7.00 and 14.00.
The beneficiaries of old-age pensions whose cards expire can present themselves at any of the points of sale for their recharging, presenting obligatorily the Identity Card attesting that the domicile is within the Oradea Municipality. Cards issued to persons benefiting from local public transport facilities according to the laws in force (disabled pensioners, veterans, war widows, etc.) will be strictly recharged, only in the five specified points.
The documents required to request the personalization of subscription travel cards for different categories of pensioners are:
1. Persons receiving an old-age pension, an early retirement pension, a farmer's pension, a military pension:
- standard application (to be completed on the spot)
- original identity document (BI or CI) attesting the stable domicile of the holder in the territorial administrative area of Oradea municipality
- the decision to retire in original and xerox copy or certificate from the Pension House
In the case of early retirement persons, they will additionally present the pension coupon.
2. Persons receiving sickness, invalidity pension:
- standard application (to be completed on the spot)
- original identity document (BI or CI) attesting the stable domicile of the holder in the territorial administrative area of Oradea municipality
- decision to retire in original and photocopy
- medical document (expertise with term of re-examination, or other medical document with term, in original and xerox copy)
3. Persons who have reached the standard retirement age, but who do not have the quality of pensioner and have no other income:
- standard application (to be completed on the spot)
- the identity (BI or CI) in the original attesting the stable domicile of the holder in the territorial administrative area of Oradea
- income certificate issued by the General Directorate of Public Finance Bihor accompanied by the declaration on one's own responsibility
4. War veterans and widows:
- standard application (to be completed on the spot)
- original identity document (BI or CI) attesting the stable domicile of the holder in the territorial administrative area of Oradea municipality
- the card issued by the Ministry of National Defense or the National Association of War Veterans - Bihor branch - up to date - in original and xerox copy.
5. Deportations, victims of communist oppression, political detainees, displaced persons and persecutions for political or ethnic reasons
- standard application (to be completed on the spot)
- identity card (BI or CI) in original and xerox copy
- Commission Decision in which they were placed in one of the categories mentioned above (original and photocopy)
- Membership card (in original and photocopy) of one of the associations: Refugees from Northern Transylvania-Bihor Branch, Association of Former Political Prisoners-Bihor Branch or German Democratic Forum - Bihor Branch, up to date
6. The fighters for the Victory of the Revolution of December 1989
- standard application (to be completed on the spot)
- identity card (BI or CI) in original and xerox copy
-The certificate of fighter or participant (in original and photocopy) issued by the Commission for Honoring and Supporting the Heroes of the Revolution of December 1989
- Membership card of the Association of Fighters for the Victory of the Revolution of December 1989 - Bihor branch, up to date
